    Show that square of any integer is of the form 4k or 8k +1

    the square of every integer can be expressed as in the form of 4k or 4K + 1  and not as8k+1.  For examples square of 10 which is 100  can be represented only as 8*12+4.(in terms of 8)( which is not 8k+1)
